It has come to my attention...
...that the magazine company that sponsored the fund raiser for Oyster's school is pestering people and using my home e-mail address to do so. I offer my deepest apologies to any and all who are experiencing this. And I am looking into a way to address this with the company. Hopefully, I can get this to end.

First, glad to see you've come out of "confusion."
Second, thank you for your effort with the fund raiser.
I knew it wasn't really you. But I do want to know how the school is rated statewide vis a vis fundraising. :)
State wide it is at the top of the heap academically. Fundraising, I don't know. However, they did far surpass their largest ever total with this particular fundraiser. I wonder if it was because
*they didn't sell a bunch of the poor quality crap they usually sell,
*they gave parents the option of just donating $50 and not selling anything
*the fundraising company is pestering people until they snap and subscribe to a magazine just to see if it will make them shut up and go away.
I'll see if the fundraiser chair has any info about where we stand in the grand scheme of money mongers.
